ARC SERVICES

Research Training

ARC offers a Junior Academics Research Support Programme targeted at holders of Master’s degrees from a multiplicity of disciplines and academic institutions. The academics will benefit from a supportive network of leading researchers who draw on a well-established evidence base to undertake theoretical and applied work in higher education and the professions.

Supported by a team of highly qualified resource persons, ARC offers specialised and general research training workshops to cater for the needs of candidates of all academic disciplines. The research training is intended to support post-graduate candidates from all disciplines who have had little or no previous experience of doing research. Essential information on research, tips and advice will be shared at these workshops while giving candidates an opportunity to interact with colleagues at the same stage or in the same disciplines. ARC also offers individual research support provided by the leading academic researchers. Participants undertaking post-graduate studies remain enrolled in their universities and continue to receive their supervision and degrees from those institutions.

The services offered include:

  • Individual Research Support
  • Interdisciplinary Research Training
  • Thesis language and Technical Editing
  • Online Academic Engagement
  • Thesis Seminars
  • Research Symposia
  • Research Network Social Meetings
  • Thesis Packaging
